Essa fic foi escrita como presente para paula_lirio no amigo invisível de Natal de 2006 da potterslashfics. Eu tinha me esquecido onde a havia guardado, por isso não a tinha postado aqui antes.

Bom, quem ainda não leu pode ficar à vontade. Não foi betada, por isso pode conter erros gramaticais, entre outros.

Prometo que quando voltar aqui será com o próximo capítulo de Sonífera Ilha (que terá fotos ilustrando, inclusive, a cabana). =D

Yep, the question of the day lies right above. And it seems stupid but it's an important matter when you're writing fiction. Because, how do you know something isn't crossing the line when you already have a steady way of writing?

I mean, could I use ass? Does it match my writing style? Is there such thing as vulgar when you're writing NC-17? How many synonyms do we know for penis?

Where the hell are my betas when I need 'em?!!

Sinceramente, esse foi o carnaval mais tranqüilo de toda a minha vida. 

Não fui à bailes, nem vi shows ou participei de blocos. Não dancei, cantei muito pouco (e no chuveiro) e dormi cedo todos os dias - só assisti a primeira escola de samba de cada noite. 

Ainda assim, este foi o carnaval que eu mais aproveitei. Estudei o que precisava, li Quando Niezstche chorou (maravilhoso) e a atualização de Before Peace (altamente recomendável esta fic!) da furiosity, assisti Babel e Dejà Vu (sinceramente, o primeiro não merece o Oscar), visitei amigos e parentes (e comi da comida deles) e descansei bastante. 

Seja porque eu ainda me encontro numa fase extremamente introspectiva - segundo a numerologia, isso se explica pelo fato de eu estar terminando meu ano 9, para começar o ano 1, um novo ciclo de vida, em 25 de março, meu aniversário - ou porque não poderia realmente ir pra farra, não me importei nem um pouco em não ter ido beber cachaça e me sujar de maizena, apesar de ser muito bom toda essa folia. 

Bom, pelo menos vou voltar pra Ufma amanhã mais descansada e com o resto do capítulo treze de SI sendo trabalhado na minha mente.

So... There's no specific reason for me to be posting this right now... I guess I just wanted for everybody to be sure that I still live! =D
And I'm really tired of that 'Tantric Master' thing down there - that wooden doll in the last post.

Anyway, it's still very complicated for me to continue writing SI or finish DAE - wich is actually at the last chapter. I'm stuck with so much reading and studing to do, and when I visit internet or the slash world, it's only to check on the updates of my very favorite fics and some important news. 

I really miss my activities, guys. The only thing I'm doing that's related to that is betaing some fics for my friends. That really sucks. 

Hope I get to finish SI's next chapter sometime soon... before next Christmas. ¬¬'

Sim, eu ainda vivo! Em algum lugar além do horizonte, por detrás de um arco-íris, eu ainda existo. Meu tempo de posse do computador agora é mínimo, e está sendo um tanto quanto difícil realizar todas as atividades que eu preciso, mas a gente vai levando, né? Fazendo um pouquinho de cada vez.
Ainda não comecei o presente do meu AO do Potter Slash Fics e não sei nem a previsão do próximo capítulo de SI.

Hello, everyone!

Today I have some news for you, friends and readers of my fics.
The first new is that Sonífera Ilha just got over 300 reviews! YAY! \o/ And it's only at chapter 12!
I'm so happy with the way this story's been embraced by the brazilian fandom, even tho it doesn't reach everyone, for it's not a very common plot - you know, trio era, Hogwarts scenario and stuff. But I'm very glad it has conquered a group of loyal readers wich never forget to leave a review. It's also for those people that I keep myself on my toes to make the story as better as I can make it, being the amateur that I am.
So, a big hearty THANK YOU to all my readers and reviewers and supporters! You guys are the best!

However, there's also one bad new, wich is not so bad. I've received an ultimatum from my mother concerning the light bill. She says it has become too expensive for our pockets and I can't help but agree with her. So, that means I'm gonna spend even less time using the computer! Wich leads to not updating the stories more often, not reading other stories at same speed... Enfin, I'm gonna be a less active slash fan at least until I can afford my own bills. Wich I plan to happen soon! *cross fingers*

Hugs and kissies to everyone who's been visiting me, and never fear. I'll try my best not to disappear completely. :D

ps: Man, I'm totally worn out. I danced for more than 3 hours last night (forró) in a concert, and it feels like my feet have been chewed and ran over by a troll (not necessarily in this other). I came home at 6 in the morning - the sun was shinning brightly already.

Ok. I haven't started my own list of recs, and I don't know why, but right now I've been reading a really interesting series written by the Lightning on the Wave called The Sacrifice Arc. It starts with Saving Connor and has 7 parts, one for each original HP's book.
It's so unique. I've never read anything like that - and I'm a sucker for the unusual, I get really sick of routine and the same old plots.

In these series Harry's in Slytherin - yeah, but not so cliché as it sounds - and has a twin brother, Connor, who's in Gryffindor and happens to be the Boy-Who-Lived. Some careless reader might stumble upon this Arc and find an weird characterisation, but if he paid a little more attention, the little OOCness we observe is completely justified.

Beginning with Draco. He's the most naïve, gentil, sweet child, but only around Harry. The fact that the powerfull Harry Potter is his friend makes him see the world from another perspective, even tho he's still a Death Eater pureblood son. He still has values like those, but his loyalty to Harry is so incredible! I mean, wouldn't that be happening if Harry had made friends with him? Ok, so maybe he wouldn't lay on the mud so the gryffindor would step on, but he surely would be a lot different.

Another strange but good point is that the Maradeurs are alive! So Harry was able to grow up playing with his godfather. He listened to all their stories. And Lily's a powerfull woman, also very manipulative.

Something that I'm enjoying about this story is Dark!Harry. Even tho he's always worrying about protecting his brother Connor, he's always fighting to control his own power, wich seem to be so great that has an inclination for Evilness. It's really fun to see that.

Right now I'm at the third part, Comes out of Darkness Morn and so far it seems to be doing just fine.

Anyone who's looking for something different, and good, should try this.

You know what's interesting? The first person who's told me about this was tachel_black, a few months ago. She's translating it into portuguese. But at the time I was too busy with other stories and didn't pay it much attention. Now I have to thank her properly, 'cause she even gave me the address of the yahoo group so I could keep up with the updates.

How cute can one be? As I was once again - and after a long time - watching my dvd 'Placebo Live in Paris', I realized how much I want a Brian Molko stuffed toy. Isn't he the sweetest thing? *hug, cuddle, squeeze*
His little mouth and big blue eyes with black eye-shadow... It's so lovely! I so wanted to go to one of his concerts! Only one! They're on a tour in USA right now and I can't ever wonder when they're going to be back here in Brazil. I swear that the next time they come I'll do my best to go (as if I hadn't done it the last time). I so envy everyone from placebowhores who's been talking about buying the tickets, and taking pictures, and this and that... *sigh*
Maybe someday, yeah. Definetely.

Sim, eu vim aqui encarecidamente pedir ao transeunte/amigo que por acaso esbarrar neste humilde lj cor-de-rosa que, por favor, me indique bandas/cantores de rock/rock alternativo novos bons. Na verdade, podem ser já antigos também.
Faz tempo que eu não escuto algo decente! A última vez que aluguei um cd realmente interessante foi Suede (<33), e pela segunda vez!

Se eu disser pra vocês quais músicas me inspiraram e me ajudaram a terminar de escrever o capítulo 12 de SI (SIM, já foi pra betagem!) vocês vão no mínimo rir da minha cara e me deserdar.
Em minha própria defesa, tenho que dizer que realmente precisava de músicas melosas e que inspirassem uma certa tragicidade/desespero. Bom, sem mais embromation, as músicas que conseguiram me fazer escrever foram,

Durante a metade: Príncipe dos Mares, de Sandy e Júnior (bleeehh, socoorrrooo!)
Da metade pro final: Se quiser, Tânia Mara (eu sei, eu sei, música melosa de novela... mas o que eu posso fazer?)
E por fim, o fim: Ed Ero Contetissimo, de Tiziano Ferro (poisé, mais uma música de Páginas da Vida. Mas a melodia se encaixou tão bem! Não faço a mínima idéia do que a letra quer dizer...)

Bom, é isso aí. Em breve teremos capítulo novo no ar... \o/

Been like that for two days, now. Damn flu.
Anyway... It's been really hard for me to finish this chapter. Well, it has always been. The words never seem good enough, after all. It's like... writting what goes thru my head doesn't compensate. As if I'm never going to be able to write down what I know, what I see, the ideas that I have. It's a very strange thing.
Also, why is it that I can only create little parts at a time? Must be because I'm not a real writer, I guess. I only write this stuff cause it's got in to my head in this inspiration wave and doesn't go away.
Very confusing.
Anyway, since one of my betas is out of town, and will only be back on october 20th, I have plenty time to try and finish this.
Could anyone remind me to finish a story before start posting it, next time?

Well, nothing too interesting to say, except that I'M BACK! \o/

And I have to say that I was going pretty well without my computer, with so much to do around the house. However, my dear darlings, when I saw my no-break back on the backseat of my mother's car, ready to be put to use, I almost died of anxiety. God, how I had missed this! *hugs computer* 
So many new fics to be read, so many friend's updates to be seen! Actually, I opened my yahoo box and there was 47 messages waiting for me. One of them was the update of Don't wake the dragon wich is turning out to be an awesome story. God, the last scene was a NC-17 with the trio, Draco/Blaise/Harry. Amazing.

So, now I'll be back to betaing the translations and originals, and writing my own fic. Hmpf...
